Report:
Well the score line paints a pretty miserable picture!! The truth is that we were well beaten but not to the extent the score line suggests!!
B.I weren't the better team for the first 25 mins and most probably we shaded the whole of the 1st half!! However we found ourselves 2-1 down!! Both short corners!! The second shouldn't have been allowed!! Our goal was a great finish by the 'Hustler'!!
The second half definitely belonged to B.I but again it was 3 more set plays they scored from!! 2 short corners and a flick!!
They did score 2 goals from open play that were well taken and a result of us not defending as we know that we are capable of!!
Mark did score 2 more goals and I must congratulate him on a great game!!
One disappointing thing was that there was too much gob being used and some of it directed at our own players!! A warning to anyone who did mouth of at one of us- YOU WON'T BE PLAYING IN THE 1ST TEAM MUCH LONGER!!
We all hate playing B.I (it is like playing against 12) but we should all be able to channel our frustration to better use!!
Lets learn from Saturday and move forward as a team and not let our season slip away!! We let that happen last season!!
